Bass Fishing on Lake Tawakoni This Week: Scouting Report Nov. 7th: Tawakoni is about one and a half feet low and the water temp is 60°. Crappie can be caught anywhere from 18 to 23 ft around a structure. SandBass and hybrids are on the move. They are most likely in 12 to 18 ft of water on Main Lake points and humps. Big cats are being caught on Cut Shad in 20 to 30 feet of water. Eater size catfish are up in the trees under roosting water turkeys.
